I wasn't quite happy with how the cane turned out so I decided to try and spruce it up. I honestly pictured the cane as more of a mahogany kind of color, however that didn't work very well. I ended up with something more gray an anything. So I decided to lean more towards a cherry color. I think the cherry-ish color is working a lot better. If I have a chance I might go back to try and make it a little darker.
